Welcome to the forums.

Do you mean "won't pull through"?

So does it just not have any power? If so I'd clean the carb real good first. Occasionally the carb gets real gunked up. My bro had an old rancher given to him by a family friend that would run just spit and sputtered and wouldn't go. It had been mudding quite a bit by the looks of it. The jets were clogged and the mixing tube's holes were 90% plugged. Cleaned it up and she's going strong.
