Default 2005 TRX450R Engine Problem

I have a 2005 TRX450R with a k&n airfilter, a pro circuit slip on exhaust, and the honda hrc kit. When I run the bike it sounds great at idle and reving, however when accelerating the bike begins to stutter when it hits the high rpm's. Any advice at what could be wrong? Ive changed the spark plug, changed the oil and filter, and also clean the air filter but still no luck.

If it is fine in the low and mid ranges....sounds like your jetting just isn't quite perfect on top. This would be your main jet. A different shaped needle can help sometimes as well, but the needle position is probably correct.

Pull out the jet that's in there, and see what size it is. Jets are cheap, so get one a size bigger and a size smaller, and try those.

I use to have a Honda motorcycle that would do that and it was the spark plugs. They looked like they were new but change them and the problem went away. Just a thought.
