I already screwed up and ordered my Kenda executioners 25X8X12 front and 25X10X12 Rear to relize the rear rims on the 07 420 are 11". I planned to break the old tires off, paint the stock rims black and remount the kendas. Well the front fit great, now I need to buy some rear rims to get the power to the mud and slop. I am looking at ITP black steel rims. 4/110 12X7 2+5 back spacing. Is this the right size to mount these tires?
Thanks in advance.......

I would have just kept the stock rims and gone with some MudLites!
A couple things. I have those same size rims, but in alloy with ITP Holeshot ATR's. They have a greater offset, and I picked up a lot of bump steer and other not so nice characteristics (like the front fights me when in 4wd). I have gone back to the stock rims/tires for riding everywhere, except in snow. Plus, those steel ITP rims are heavy like a brick!
The Rancher is a sweet little trail quad! Lots of folks try to turn it into a monster mud bogger and whatever, with some big tires. All they really accomplish is to ruin the quads sweet handling. If one needs a monster mud bogger, pick a different machine to start with....

Not trying to make a mud machine, just need a little help to stay with the rest of the group I ride with. This is why I just went with 25" tires with the same stock width. Not looking to go up to my neck, but need to be able to go through some mud without the 10min workout every patch of peanutbutter, while all the rest ride right through it.

Did you keep the stock width and go taller or did you go wider and taller

if you stay stock width and go taller (25") i dont feel any diffirence, IMO. but if you go rim/tire combo with bigger, WIDER, HEAVIER tires it will hurt you handeling ability.
you could have stayed with stock rims and gotten a nice set of kenda bear claws, good 4 light mud.
