but all in all i think what i am loking for is how honda sets up there race quads.i have rode one and i cant tell the difference between mine sitting next to it but the ride seems so much lighter more power all the way around.hell i draged that bike had him 1st-3rd but ate me up in 4th like i was sitting still.

Cam, port and polished head, bigger head pipe and exhaust, different valves, etc,,,,,,
Higher revving (rev box) lightened flywheel, many things are done to the race quads that you can't see.</end quote></div>
All that plus dropping weight in any and every possible place. There's a reason why race quads can run in excess of $25,000.

i went ahead and tuned the bike with16t front 37t rear i did go with the stage 2 cam and jets, aftermarket pipe and rev box.the bike was fast had more torq than stock but after only riding for 30mins my crank came apart and counter bal. came through my motor.now i am back at square one on building another motor.can anyone tell me what caused my motor to come apart like it did?will it be better to build the motor up with the roller crank and the 440 big bore kit or just go with the 416

If you didn't change the compression the installation of a new cam wouldn't cause the bottom end failure.
Why don't you go with a 426 bore with a stroker crank. This will bring you up to 440 without the huge over bore of your cylinder.
This will also give you tons of torque.
Then have your head ported and polished and you're all set!
