How much compression???
How much compression pressure a particular engine should have would depend on 2 stroke or 4 stroke, compression ratio, cam timing, and whether it has a decompression system...
A manual for whatever it is you have would tell you what the normal range of compression pressure should be.

How much compression???
Its an 80cc 4 stroke. I found the little 4 wheeler out in someone's front yard. They was throwing it away. I spoke with the owner and they said that the motor was shot and it would not run. Well, I took it any ways thinking that I might could sell some parts off of it. Well I took it home and cleaned up the carburtor really good and the thing fire right up!! Sounds really good too and it does not smoke. The problem I'm having is when I go to give it full throttle, it boggs down and wonts to cut off. I'm pulled the spark pull out and put my finger over the hole while cranking it and the compression feels really good. I'm not even sure that would be the problem. I just wanted to check it just in case. I have a feeling the problem is going to be in the carb. It was full of this white moldy stuff. I've cleaned it the best I coud with gum out carb. cleaner but that stuff doesn't want to come out.
Anyone know what might be the problem?
Also, I've taken off the carb and just sprayed the gumout striaght into the intake while cranking it and the motor will run and rev. up pretty high. So that means the compression should be ok. Right?

If it fires right up and runs OK other than at full throttle, I think you can assume the compression isn't too bad.
It sounds to me like the main jet is still gummed up in the carb. You might have to soak it for a while if it's really crudded up. B-12 Chemtool is the product I like best.
