foreman gas leak

Default foreman gas leak

my foreman 450 es is leaking gas from somewhere on the carb but i cant find where it is coming from.
it will leak out a half tank in about week, somebody help?

Default foreman gas leak

I had that problem with mine it was because the carb picked up some dirt we gave it a good cleaning and that worked for me hope it helps..

thanks but i dont think thats it because i took the carb apart and cleaned it already. I think it might have a bad seal in the carb

Most likely the float valve is not sealing.

Take the primer assembly off the side of the bowl
The diaphram inside gets dried up and cracks. Normally in 4 places
When the primer leaks it will do exactly what you are saying, slowly leaking out fuel because it is not regulated by the float valve
I have replaced 4 of them in the past 2 months on 450's and and one on a Rubicon
