i know you can remove the choke on the 400s but has anyone done this on a 300ex. the choke is the same style so would it work the same with a bigger pilot. or not because the 400 is a pumper style carb?

 

i never use the choke on my 250x(same quad pretty much) i just pump the gas acouple times and it starts up first kick.so i guess if you wanted to take it out you could.

 

thanks yea i was just curious. i seemed to notice a lil better throttle response since removing it on my 400. thought maybe id try it on the300. maybe get the same results. just wanted to make sure i wouldnt have any cold start problems
