TRX 450r problem

I just bought this and had a problem today.. It was really cold outside and I kicked it a few times then the kickstarter went backwards and is now stuck. it wont go back forwards. Any advice how to fix it?

Did you just buy it from the dealer or private party? I have an E-start so I'm not sure but it doesn't sound good. I've been on bikes for 20+ years and have never seen a kick starter go the wrong way.

TRX 450r problem

One of the screws that holds the lever in place is famous for working lose. It needs to be lock tited in place, Might be that, and it slipped on the shaft and jammed???

try and pull start it to see if the engine is able to turn over if it does then the engine should still be good but if 5th gear pull start doesn't move the tires its not good at all
