When i pull in the clutch and let go of the lever it jus comes out very slow. i can pop the clutch and it jus rides it out until im moving.i replaced the plates and springs not to long ago and lubed the cable when i did that.its really making me made becasue i have to wait 3-5 secs to get moving everytime.

The clutch basket (drum) may be worn and has grooves worn in it.

I think that both of the posts are accrate. If you get a sticky cable that thing can cause a lot of problems. keep running down some metal oil down it. I had a choke cable that did the same thing. Also the clutch towers do have a tendency to creat ridges on he side ot them. We just took ours off and took a flat file to them and it did make a huge difference. You'll figure it out and you can share with us.
