rebuilding Fl350 Odyssey!
I'm in the process of rebuilding an FL350 Odyssey, the odyssey came with an air box that had 1.5" dia. holes drilled thru the entire box, I purchased a stock air box on ebay, swapped it out with the (drilled box) and when I tested the machine there was virtually no power, as soon as I removed the cover from the box the power returned to the machine???
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Good question, I'm not certain if the carb has been jetted for for the drilled box, but it is a stock carb.
Are there any instructions on re-jetting the carb? If I can get it back to the stock configuration that would be a good starting off point.
Other info.
I just had the cylinder re-bored (1st rebore on cylinder) when I removed the reeds, I noticed that it's not the original configuration. There is a 1/4" spacer attached to the face of the reed body and the reeds are also not stock, I will try to send you a photo tomorrow.
Thanks for your help.

Odysseys
I live in Troy MI. approx. 15 miles north of down town detroit. I have 5 other buddies that have both FL250 and FL350's, I have 1 FL250 and 1 FL350, check out the youtube video that we made about 3 years ago.
YouTube - Ody Odyssey 2007 I'm the tall guy, 2nd from the right at the end of the video.
We ride up north in Michigan approx. 4-5 times a year, we only have 2 FL350's in the group but are upgrading all the time.
I can let you know the next time we go up, the more riders the more fun we have. We are talking about going to the Upper Peninsula the 3rd or 4th. week in June, if your intrested?
Thanks,
Troy
