300ex rear brake pads wont fit?!

As you can see, that bracket thing is right in the way of where the disc should be going.

I just got home and I looked at mine. The bracket is very close to the disk but it doesn't touch it. The front of the pad is out further than the bracket but not by much. You might be missing a part. Go to DGY.com or bikebandit and see if you can find a good exploded view.
