Types of Skid Plates for the rancher????

What type of skid plates are out there for the rancher? Where did you get them and what was the price?? Thanks for the help.

PRM makes a great skid plate. The PRM skid plate is .250 (1/4") thick where much as the competion makes theirs .190 (less than 1/5"). The price is $99, which isn't bad.

Make sure PRM sends you some installation instructions to avoid any confusion.

The other brands are:

High Lifter - metal
ATV Charleys Armadillo - plastic
Maier - plastic

I've got the armadillo lexan plastic on my rancher from atv charleys.I am totally happy with it,i like the way it wraps up and covers the front skid pan. I have the Maier skid plate on my honda 300,its ok but it does not extend to the front plate it only covers the bottom....
