Came across this post when trying to find out how to fix my gas cap. I was able to get everything apart without breaking anything (I think). I'm not 100% sure how the plastic parts and spring go back together. Is there a complete write up or pic guide on doing this repair? If not I'll just wing it and hope for the best.
