Default 300 EX electrical issue(s)

I have a 1996 Honda 300 ex,with a new Deka Battery, and when I leave it sit for about a week or so it usually won't start,I was wondering if it could be a charging system issue, loose wire possibly It runs fine when I do start it,although it has a hesitation when the quad is cold, but if I put it on half choke it's fine.any Ideas on my electrical issues or any help I can get would be great.I forgot to mention the headlight switch kills the motor sometimes if I turn it on,and other times the headlight comes on without killing the engine,so something is weird there.

Are you sure the problem is electrical and not fuel or air?

It's getting fuel and plenty of air,the K&N filter was just cleaned out not long ago,no obstructions there, and theirs holes drilled in the airbox lid as well.It does this seldom, but I jiggled the wires last time and the green neutral light lit up and she cranked over. Now I hit the starter button, nothing happens, the battery is fully charged and new as well,so I have no clue other than a loose wire or the charging system, etc.

Start at the battery and follow the wires, maybe a bad connection at the selenoid, remove all the wires and check the nuts behind them for tightness.,then go to starter and do the same.
