Is the high temp light coming on?

If so, when does it come on?

Last week went trail riding. After about an hour of riding light came on. Pulled over gas in the tank was boiling. Since then i have installed a fan from a donor atv. Havent had a chance to ride much just around the house .i shoot the engine and cylinder temp is around 320 deg .i have a 250 recon with same running time on engine cylinder temp is about 200 deg. The rancher seems to run fine just dont know normal operating temp. Thanks for responding and any help you can offer.

Running lean, mud on cooling fins, and low on oil I suppose would be the things I would look at first...

Thanks dude -oil level ok and cooling fins are clean .not really sure but i think the running lean is part of my problem. Gonna do a plug check and check for vaccum leak. Once again thanks for your help. Be safe.
