Not sure what this is called, I'm just calling it a plate. It's the thing that the rear tire attaches to. You can see where the end is flared out. The nut that keeps it on is run up all the way, so the wheel is just loose now.
Is there a way to "fix" this? or..just replace the plate. If so, where's a good place to get one? The local Honda shop would want a kidney.

Usually Honda parts are pretty interchangable albeit sport to sport, or utility to utility but I cannot guarantee those are the same.
