Titan 589 on Ranchers
#1
Does anyone know whether titan will produce 589's to fit rancher wheels without having to change rear wheel size. i would hate to spend cash for the wheels if they are coming out with tires to fit the stock wheel.

The current models of Titan 589's will not fit your factory 11" rims. The 589's do not come in 11" at this time. This assumes you have a 4x4 Rancher. You can get 25x10x12 that will require rims.
You could either get Rubicon rims which are 12" or maybe 450 rims, I think they are also 12".

I'm sure hoping the Rancher can turn the 589's. I have a set due in any day now. I did go with alum wheels to lighten the load a little. I have a lift kit coming too. I run some oil/chip roads here on my place (legally private roads) so I wanted new rims anyway so I could swap tires easily. I won't run the 589's all the time.

The Rancher should have no problem turning tires although you should expect to have some power loss. This can be offset with Highlifter monster perfomance kit. Your Speedo will also be off by about 1mph/every 10mph. Ex if your speedo reads 10mph your really doing 11mph, speedo reads 30mph your really doing 33mph. These are just approx from my experience.

I called Titan a few months ago and they said they WERE going to make tires that would fit the Rancher stock within a few months. you may want to look up there site and give them a call for an update before you buy rims. I ended up getting Mud Runners and have been pleased with them.
