Stupid tire question

What would be the actual diameter of 22" tire inflated to 4 psi?

In theroy it should be 22", but all tires vary some what in size depending on manufacturer. Inflate the tire to what you want, then borrow mom's sewing tape measure and measure around the tire to see.

Some tires are measured from base of lug some from the top of lug.
