Merry Christmas
#6
Just got to thinking that sometimes Merry Christmas doesn't quite say it. So, Merry Christmas to all of you. And may you all have a blessed New Year. I like to take time around the Christmas season to remember to be thankful that I have a wonderful wife, two healthy decent sons, a roof over my head, food on my table, and clothing on my back. And on top of that, a great hobby that we all love, and so much more.
A quote I saw today got me thinking: In 1743, Benjamin Franklin, our Founding Sage, wrote in Poor Richard's Almanack, "How many observe Christ's birth-day! How few, his precepts! O! 'tis easier to keep Holidays than Commandments."
Have a great Christmas all!
To any of our troops stationed away from family and friends; may the Lord keep you and bless you, may the Lord make His face to shine down upon you. Thank you for your efforts to keep us all safe!!!!
