Default Swisher Dump Bucket

Hey all. New here and looking for opinions. Thinking about adding a swisher bucket to my recon 250. Would be for very light work such as moving a little dirt and mulch then come winter move what little bit of snow we get here. Do you think the recon could handle it? Thanks

I have friends who own a Recon. Love that little machine. They've beat on it and it still keeps running pretty well. That said, I would not put the Swisher bucket attachment on it. It's got a pretty soft front end suspension and with the bucket even half full of dirt or gravel it would tax it in my mind.

Thanks for the reply. You basically said the same thing swisher said when I emailed them about it even fitting the recon. Looking at a eiger 400 now that i think would be plenty big to do the job while still be small enough to fit in tight places.

If the Eiger is a 4wd you'd get low range to go with it. Low range and 4wd on a midsized frame sounds adequate to me for the Swisher bucket, but I would make sure they have the setup for that quad.
