MY buddy has a 2000 honda 250 recon 2x4 .The issue it has is everytime he hits a bump it stalls out then has to wait for a few secends to use the pullstarter sinch the battery is shot.I havent had a chance to take a look at it.could it be a wiring problem.

 

Yeah, it sounds like a pinched wire somewhere like under the seat or battery.
