Ok guys, first time here. I have a 91 honda fourtrax 300 that is having issues. It will run fine when the battery is hot, but once the battery dies the bike quits. It will not kick start even when the battery is dead. Is this the stator causing this? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks

 

Yes it could be!!!!But there are serveral other components it could be also! Need to check red wires and the green wires in the harness in front of batt. to see if any wires are broken If so one or the other or both could kill power to the voltage regulater! If okay may do some more test on voltage reg\recfi. and the stator after that! Just check back in here PLease!!!!!!
