I have a 2008 honda trx 450er and im having trouble getting it started. After putting a new battery in it i found out that the decompressor for that year is on recall. Im taking it today to the dealer all expenses paid thnx to Honda. My Question is would a bad decompressor do damage to other parts and would Honda be liable? Thnx my bros
