Just check the run/off switch and make sure the petcock is open. Does sound like a dirty carb.

cleaned the carb n still wont turn over i dont know what else to do to it

Did you gauge the compression? If so what was it? Did you spray anything n carb to see if it would hit?

No i dont have a compression tester n no i didnt spray anything into the carb
