This happen to me and i cleaned the choke cable and it still froze. But the problem was where the choke cable goes into the carb, just loosen the plastic fitting then pull the plunger out and carefully clean the inside where the plunger goes in"try not to force the dirt or water into the carb" then clean and lightly lube the plunger"wd40". Very simple to do.Dont worry about pulling out cable it all stays in one peace.Let me know how these instructions work for you?
