Honda stalled and won't start

Ok I'll have to find them, and check it. I got a tester for the compression but the smallest threads are a 14mm and I think my plugs are 12mm so I'm going to have to get an adapter to go from 12mm to 14mm

If you are getting a spark, it is extremely unlikely that the CDI is faulty. Clean the carburettor out, it is easy, cheap and probably what is wrong. The ignition timing is controlled by the module on the outside of the flywheel, and unless either the module or flywheel is loose, the ignition timing will not alter.

Clean carb, gas reaching carb, blue spark from new plug, good compression(checked when I put engine on TDC) it's in time, valves moving when engine turned over, getting air, what could possibly be keeping it from even trying to run? Also I need to know how to set the idle and fuel/ air screws.

Have you tried spraying some type of starting fluid (WD-40 works great) into the back of the carb while holding the throttle partially open and cranking the engine? Just because you are getting gas to the carb does not mean you are getting gas to the engine. Compression is checked with a compression gauge while turning the engine over.

Yes I have used starting fluid, only loud backfires. Yeah I know but my gauge doesn't fit, I just know when I checked its timing it would turn easy then get harder, then turn easy again, I could tell the piston was compressing
