Default 2008 Honda foreman es 500 lights come on sometimes when brake lever is pulled

As you read above my lights come on sometimes when I pull the brake lever. It just started doing this a week or so ago. It has only done it three times so far and only does it about 5 min when it does. So what I was wandering is should I worry about it since it is kinda rare or do I need to fix it what ever maybe causing it?

I'm assuming the lights are not bright. If so, you have a bad earth wire to the rear lights. The earth for the brake light(s) then has to go through the tail light bulb and the headlamp bulbs before using the headlamp's earth wires.

I forgot to mention that it is the front head lights. And that the back tale lights do not work. My bad.

That would indicate the brake light wire shorted onto one of the wires to the lights, though a shorted together stop/tail bulb is a possibility. Try checking the bulb first.

O another thing I FORGOT is that 1 of the back lights has been torn out and now it is just open end wires. Sorry about all this forgetting.
