I am considering my buddies lectron carb for 200 dollars how does this perform? I want the FCR but the 450 dollar price tag scares me. Give me some feedback is it worth the 250 extra dollars? Or does the lectron perform as good or close to the FCR? I have a full modded 440ex by the way

 

I have the Lectron carb on my 426EX. It is ok, but you have to do a lot of mods to fit it. If I were you I would save money and get the FCR. The Lectron does perform well, but it's a hastle.

 

I agree. I have the Lectron on my fully modded 416ex. And it's gives GREAT performance. But it's hard to jet in right and fit right. I'd like to have the FCR myself.
