Default electrical

Just brought a 1995 Honda TRX300, when I brought it the electric start worked to start the bike and get it on the trailer. When I got it home no luck, kick starts and runs, but no electric start.
It has a new battery, when you switch ignition on no lights come on, when you kick start and the bike is running the green light is on.

Took the battery off and charged in just in case same issue.
Have checked the fuses OK.
Any ideas or things I should check please.

Welcome to the forums.

I moved this over to the Honda section to get you more views and replies.

Have you checked the ground wire to see if it's clean and has a good connection?

yes checked earth connection, my next thought is to put an Avo across the wires to check no breaks between the ignition switch and power supply/earth.
Any other suggestions

There are two fuses in the battery box, one of them has gone or the wires to them, from the battery, are corroded. This is common on the 300. A red wire and a green one come up from the regulator into the battery box and this red joins the red from the fuse. The fault is between the battery and where this regulator red wire joins it.
