Just got my AC nerfs, and they DO bend up in the back...
#1
I finally got my AC nerf bars today. Alot of people i talked to said that only the propegs bend up the back, but mine do also. I've even seen pics of other 300ex's with the AC nerfs on and they didnt bend up in the back....but oddly enough mine do. I'm not bitching because i like them that way, but i just thought it was odd.
As for how they install:
I had to drill one hole bigger in both pegs to get everything to fit but it wasnt really that hard of an install.
When i first took them out of the box it looked like one side bent up more than the other but once they were installed everything turned out great.
I also couldn't keep the stock heel guards on without cutting them up a little.
The oddest thing about these is the way they make the quad feel. They aren't heavy so there really isnt any noticable weight increase but because they are so wide they make the quad look (while your sitting on it) really wide and heavy.
If anyone wants some pics let me know and i'll post them for you.

I just bought a 250R today, and was considering put the ac nerfs on it. I don't know which one's i want yet,pro pegs or regulars, but i do like it where they curve up in the back. Can you send me some pics or post em? My email is Snowboarder12785@aol.com
