hello I am looking for help on a new to me 2013 rancher that really jumps into gear. it's a 2x4 foot shift model and the atv hope every shift every gear. I tried to hold the foot shif in the up position between gears but it doesnt hold the clutch in like normal it goes into gear. any suggestions?

 

The first part of pedal movement operates a normal motorcycle clutch, then it changes gear. Then, as you let your foot off the pedal, you are releasing the clutch. Seems like your clutch is not disengaging, so the first thing to do is adjust it.
