The Rincon may have a little more power but the Sportsman has a great ride and true 4x4.

So what's your point? If it was not in the Polaris section, I wouldn't see it. I would post in both sections also with a question like this one.

Being a Polaris owner, I'm afraid I'm a little biased. But if you want the best ride and four wheel drive, as opposed to three wheel drive on the Honda, as well as great ground clearance, then Polaris would be the way to go.

Guys, I recently traded my 2003 Sportsman 500 HO and purchased a 2012 650 Brute Force. I have to tell you that the "true four wheel drive" thing is a bit overrated in that I have yet to use the diff. lock on my Brute and yes I have used it in West Virgina for a week and yes I have plowed a lot of snow with it. I will say the Polaris had a great ride but I really think the "true four wheel drive" deal is no reason not to buy another type of machine.

Maybe you should ask my brother how he feels about his Honda when he cant follow me into some places without using his winch and then cusses why won't Honda make a damn locker for these things., For most situations any 4x4 will do but where I live there are swampy areas where you need every bit of traction you can get and four wheels turning is a lot better than three. Depends on how and where you ride.
