125m ATC drive train trouble

Default 125m ATC drive train trouble
I was riding today and a loud grinding noise started in what sounds like the chain case. It still shifts but sounds like it's eating metal. How do I expose the chain to see what's wrong?

Never done one, but from the parts drawing, one bolt in middle of LH chain case and one at the back. Undo these, and slide LH case along rear axle to expose chain and sprockets.

Tire it apart today and thankfully nothing was broken. Chain was dry and very lose. Have the chain an 80-90 oil bath and tightened it up and the problem is solved.
