About last spring my 06 rubicon gave out on me,I was riding down a trail then it just shut down it just made clicking noises trying to start,eventually tho it fired up after pull starting it and it did the same thing it shutdown not even 10 seconds driving down the road Then my friend did something He lifted up the seat and he loosened a screw near the battery then tightened it,then it fired up after that and it didn’t have any issues and I made it back home,but after that it wouldn’t start up I don’t know if this is any help but I did go in a pretty deep mud puddle like 10-20 minutes before it started acting up could water/mud have damaged anything The puddle came up to around my knees

 

The main battery terminals, or those on the solenoid must have been corroded or loose. Take them off, clean with Emery or a wire brush, and re-fit them. Charge the battery up. If it continues to give trouble, get the battery and charging system checked over by an expert.
