As the fuel level in the carb drops, the mixture gets weaker, so it looks like your mixture is set too rich. Could be float level too high could be choke stuck partly on, or blocked air filter, could be too big a main jet or the jet needle set wrong. check the plug colour after running for a while with tap open, a sooty plug will confirm it is one of the above faults.

New spark plug shows jet black....carb float is level with side of carb at 45 angle...took air filter out and everything is clear between carb and air box ...choke is not sticking and works correctly...
I did originally when I took carb apart for cleaning dremmel out the pilot (slow) jet ...I couldn’t get one of the small electrical wire strands thru it..,bit size was 1/32 and then 3/64...u can see thru the pilot jet if u take it out and look thru it ..could this cause the bogging under throttle...
not matter what I do with idle screw or air screw ...it doesn’t effect the problem either way...still bogs under throttle

I would expect a Dremmel to totally wreck any jet you use it on. I never use anything but compressed air to clean jets out. Fit new main and pilot jets.
