Was riding the 2020 420 and it shut off and will not start back it only cranks. I can hear a click when I turn on the key but can't really hear the fuel pump purge. Is the fuel pump a common problem with these bikes?

 

Lots of "common problems" with EFI systems. There is a servo motor on the throttle body called the ICAV which fires up when you switch on, this is a lot louder than the fuel pump and should whir away for about 3 secs after you turn the key, as should the fuel pump itself, if neither are making noise you have a bigger problem than just the pump seized. Check the fuses, but it is probably best to let the dealer have the bike, especially if it is still under warranty.
