Cant bleed the brakes at all. Followed pad change video for my front disc brakes. Had to refresh my memory. And i followed all instructions. Have OEM pads aswell. Lines wont build pressure fluids goin somewhere but no leaks in the lines or the y box either. Ive tried bleading pumps. I even took off the caliper to see if there was anything causing it to sieze. But its a brand new calliper aswell only 3 hours old. Help me out

First off, you shouldn't need to bleed brakes after fitting new pads. All quad brakes are a pig to bleed in my experience and it should be avoided if you can. However we are where we are. If the fluid level is going down it is going somewhere, my guess is it isn't, so you are not bleeding them at all.
You shouldn't do this but I have found it is the only thing that works, get a set of vice grips and squeeze the hose, about 1.5" below the master cylinder, not too tight, just enough to stop fluid flow, try pressing the lever, it should not press down, release grips, open furthest bleed nipple and press brake lever down, refit grips and let handle return, remove grips, repeat, keep doing this until fluid runs from nipple without air bubbles, and keep checking fluid level in master cylinder. Bleed other caliper as normal.
