I have an issue with it stalling after about 5 minutes of run time, the oil temp light stays on and the fan is running at idle, and flickers when you run it up in rpms, i have totally cleaned the fuel tank, petcock is clear and fuel lines are good, all fresh fuel and a new oem carb. Starts up and runs good cold it seems then all the sudden after it warms up it dies and is hard to start until it cools and i have already checked the ign spark when its stalling out and it doesn’t change, question is what am i missing? Thanks in advance to all who respond.

Check the plug colour, if it is black and sooty the engine is running rich, fine when cold but warm, it will stall. Fit a new plug too, it could just be that.
Depends on where you are and time of year but I would have thought it would take more than 5min to get hot enough to need the fan, so there is a possibility the fan sensor is coming in too low. It is wired through the CDI on the 350 for reasons best known to Honda, so a failing CDI could also be a possibility. However don't start changing things because it could be this or that, if you think the fan is coming in early, disconnect the sensor in the sump and see if the stalling stops, don't let it overheat though.
