Has anyone got the fault code list for a 420 Automatic? The one I am working on is a 2019 but I suspect most codes will be the same on the old 420 auto, and the 2014 on 500/520. Plenty of stuff on the net about the 420 ES but, being more complex, the AT has a set of codes all of it's own. Code I am getting is 6.2 on the gear indicator. This bike has been a real turkey. Several electronic glitches sorted under warranty, then it started jumping out of gear, I put new gears in, which is the biggest job you can do on a 420, and two months later the stator went, so back end of engine off again. Now it is refusing to go into gear when hot, and that 6.2 code is coming up. It is high hours for the year (about 2300). Owner previously had a 2011 500 auto, a much better bike and never gave trouble engine or gearbox wise, but the frame cracked, so we welded it up, and he sold it and got the new model.
