a few of my freinds were out riding yesterday and one of them crashed her dads quad really bad. they were on this trial that was at an angle and had big rocks on it. none of them are very experianced riders. And the machine that one of the girls was riding was probly to big for her. (foreman 450ES) The trail had a steep hill down to a creek on the one side. she hit a rock (probly going to fast) and fliped in the direction of the creek and the machine went down the hill into the creek. luckly she was only on the machine for one flip then she jumped off. it took them hours to get it back up right and running , then back on the trail. I geuss they were really shaken. oh course it had to start raining. Luckly they were all wearing helmates
