I'm having trouble once my 450es gets hot.
When I try to restart it it won't go into any gear.
I end up rocking the quad back and forth and turning the key off and on until it will finally go into gear.

 

If it is under warrenty, have your dealer check and possibly replace your speedometer sensor..I had the same problem with mine (a 2000 model) as did many others. Haven't had a problem since.

yup.................if it is under warranty take it back

our one got to the stage we couldn't shift gears etc......wouldn't go in reverse

the speedo would read 30km/h when really you were doing 80km/h (well flat out any how)

a black box under the front fender was replaced..........man was it expensive.......this happened in the last month of the motorbikes warranty.......lucky eh

so......my impression of the es is not great......and my ole man who uses it for his main work bike.....will not buy another......i think he would have a 450s next time......the bike is great other than the es.....real good farm bike
