Some of you saying you're experiencing lack of power didn't mention what Drive Mode you were in (D1/D2). Since D1 let's the engine rev higher than D2, it may explain what's happening if your run in D2, and are having those feelings of power loss.
Otherwise, there is always a penalty with bigger tires, as others have said. Especially when those larger tires have solid traction (versus liquid footing).
