What about my High Compression tires?
#1
I was wondering how much power id get from high compression tires?
And I was thinking of a good way to increace power in you quad,it has to take a lot of power to move that piston up and down so why couldnt you just remove it all together. And what up with those valves? wouldnt it make more power if they stayed open all the time instead of closing and blocking off air flow?
And I keep hearing about "roostertails" what the he11 are these,I would think that you would look like a chump with feathers on your quad.

What are you smokin' man?? high compression tires?WTF? I've heard of a high compression piston. It does take power to push that piston up and down, but remove exactly what?? If the valves didn't move then the whole purpose would be defeated. You need to learn how a 4 stroke works before you get these crazy ideas. Your scaring me.Roostertails? Beats me

No2StrokeBS is right, high compression are a must! After I got a new powerband (200$!!!!) at the dealer, I needed to get a high compression...my tires were detonating bad!! I switched and noticed a gat increase in power. But my machine was way to heavy, so I took off all this crap in the cases (some weird gears)...but now, my clutch slips bad...do I need to g t high octane air for my tires or will rejetting the chain enough? I need help.
PS...good trick:
there's an excellent way to improve air flow, on top of the cylinder, there's a bizzarre cap (threaded), plugged to electriv wires (why?)...anyways, I took it off, and now it won't start, so I guess it's bcause of the bad jetting. I'll rejet first.
