Its not seriously worn out yet, It can still wheelie in second gear.
But the time will come before TOO long. Is it difficult?
any special tools required? How much will clutch kit be? where can I get one?

You can get one from Rocky Mountain ATV

It'll be easy. Just pop the cover off and take out the spring bolts.

 

I cant find a clutch kit for an 84' 200X on that site.
There IS one for an 80-84 XR200R bike though. Same motor isnt it?
Would that one work?
