I was thinking about this. When the motor dies in the X we just bought, if ever, what other motor would bolt in?

would, saaaaaayyyyy.. an XR400 or 500 motor fit in there?
I dont suppose an old CR500 motor would bolt in.... boy, would THAT be a mean little trike.

I doubt any of those would just bolt up. Some frame mounts might have to be moved tho.

 

Well this doesn't really answer your question, but I know a guy who bolted a 600 Katana engine into a 350x Chassis (obviously took some modifiying). He has had it like that for over a year and still has not dared to bring it up over 80mph...I guess I can't blame him.

im not shure if those engines will fit but they may with some difernt motor mounts and renforcing things im not to shure good luck!
