Yes, the independent rear suspension ride quality would be worth the difference.

 

That would be a tough decision...on one hand you ahve the awesome Honda, but a drive. On the other you have a 660? Grizzly for about the same price right near you. I think I would get the Grizzly and then the 02 Recon. Both are good bikes, the Honda just has a better track record..dont forget the warranty for buying new.
