Ya i just rebult my 200x recently and all new cam piston valves rockers and it chaters the timing is on but and the valves are set so is this normal or what it really bothers me that it does this and one more question i have a 34mm carb and what jet should i use i live in south dakota so the motor is all stock ecept the carb and exsast pipe. if you could help me i would really like that

Afetr I put cam & piston in mine I had to adjust the valves 3 times before I got them right.As for the jet size That is something you will have to play around with different sizes till the plug looks right.
