My dad and i have trimmed 3 sets of 400EX Plastic. Heres what we did:
1. Use a sharpie to mark the desired cut.
2. Use a find bladed hack saw and cut CAREFULLY on the outside of the
sharpie line.
3. Use a dremel tool with a sanding stone, to further shap the fender
to your liking.
4. Use a fine grit sandpaper to sand out the edges, and finish everything
off.
Follow these steps and your fenders should come out looking exceptionally well.
