how do you guys wheelie your 200sx? i have tried many times with no success. every time i try from a standstill it doesnt have the power to accelorate fast enough and going from a rolling start there are also problems

is there something wrong with my quad or do i have to stand on the rear rack to do it?

maybe its the clutch but which one the centrifical or the gear?

thanks in advance

if it was built to drive on back two wheels

they wouldn't have put the front too on

......its down to the rider

its like wearing underpants on your head, to keep the sun out of your eyes, in the right hands, underpants will keep the sun out of your eyes, but thats not what they were designed for

so you can wheelie your friends bikes?.......they must have different types of underpants?.......who cares.....master the art of wheeliing the 200sx, then get ya friends to try........if they can't do it........then you the man!

there ain't nothing wrong with the bike........its the rider

Put it on hard ground. In neutral while sitting still, pull up on the shifter as if you were shifting into first gear but dont let the shifter go down. Give it about half to full throttle and let the shifter down quickly while leaning back. If no wheelie occurs, proceed to driving yourself into a tree. The tree method makes wheelies occur about 35%of the time. just kidding about the tree.

I think mines turbo-charged lol......it's so easy to wheelie......I just press the gas and its up in the air. Now if I pull the handlebars up and lay the gas I can literally make it sit on the rear grab-bar from first to third gear.

You just have to teach yourself.

Give me an hour or so and I can pretty well wheelie anything.
I can wheelie my 300 4x4 like nothing.
The key is to practice and eventually you'll get it down to a science.

Put your bike in 1st or 2nd press down on the shifter just enough that it doesn't switch into the lower gear.. with the shifter pressed rev up the motor and let off the shifter and the front wheels should come off the ground.
This is how i started doing it on my 4x4 then i just learned to gas it in 2nd and stand it right up.

Default wheelie on 200sx

put it in first.. pop the throttle in all the way.. pull up and shift your weight to the back.. ive got some friends who have a hard time wheeling on mine and i can ride em pretty decent in both first and second . to me it seems that there problem is fear.. they look like they want to wheelie it but also look a bit timmid when it comes to pulling up and shifitng their wieght to the back. . . another good way to feel out the ballence point on this quad is to put your left foot on the peg.. your right knee on the seat and your right foot into the grab bar that sticks out the back of the seat .. then pop the throttle all the way in once again.. just for about two seconds tho untill the front end is up then once you feel where it ballences just keep it there by tapping the throttle when it feels like its going to fall forward.. ive got a rack on mine so it cant go over backwards .. i would immagine it might if the rack wherent there.. iv had to bail off the back a few times because of comming up to far.. no big deal though because it was only going about 5 MPH . .

Default wheelie on 200sx

I have found that if you get it into second gear and rolling slowly but not too slowly (yes i know that really helps right) then stand and lean back as you grab it you will pull it up without a problem.

Default wheelie on 200sx

easyest way for me on my rancher is put my foot on back rack and just pop it in gear. To do it sitting on seat right you need to get timing down pull back on it right at moment you gun it and you should wheelie i can pop my from 1st to 2nd and ride a wheelie sometimes.
