<< OK, I see what I'm dealing with - Gary, I thought you were above the teenage crap that goes on here... I'm done. Don't know why I still >>

Just a little humor.....not meant to offend anyone....I should have indicated that. Just can't have any fun typing back and forth...the true intent of the message gets skewed. I apologize for the confusion.

Looks like a they copied the raptor pretty badly .. the shocks look similar to the 400ex ... the swingarm looks the same as the raptor... I mean come on .. they have designed some pretty good sport quads in the past and now they're stealing other company's designs.

Hey 1986atc250r,
We are both right. The Z400 motor on the quad is a little detuned from the DR-Z400 and DR-Z400E, but the DR-Z400S motor is the same as the quads. When I looked at the pamphlet at the dealer that is the one I compared it to first. I guess I should of looked at them all, but I figured they would be the same. Just like you looked at the DR-Z400 and not the others, probably thinking the same thing as I did. That they all had the same motor on them. I looked on the Suzuki website to double check. The dual sport is where the quad got its motor from.

Looks like 88/89 250R front hubs and the same old swingarm setup as the quadracers...

Gabe- what makes your 416ex so much faster than the 440 and other kits out there? My experience in the dunes has been that the hondas sit on the sidelines and watch the raptors, banshees and ds650 race.Your post sound anti raptor. It takes pipes on a banshee to run with stock raptors. The banshee has more hop up potential though, i find it hard that you rate the banshee ahead of the raptor. I have read alot of your post in the past and enjoy reading you informative replies which is getting harder and harder on these forums nowdays. Thanks.

It looks like a mix between a 400ex and raptor. Its got the frame, plastic, and tires of the raptor and the shocks, a-arms, and color of the 400ex. It's real nice to see suzuki making new sport quad. Now we have honda, yamaha, cannondale, suzuki, and poloris in the compition. I hope it dont cost to much, by the looks of the quad it might cost as much as 7000. I'm hoping the price will fall between 5000-6000, if it turns out to be a successful ill trade my 400ex in a heart beat. If anyone knows the MSRP then keep us posted, wonder why they just don't post the retail price on there site ? Does anyone know how fast its going to be

14 mins,
I don't know what kit Gabe has exactly.
But I saw 2 guys on 416's beating Raptors too. Those "little" 416's were impressive. I think they got their work done here...
